Amazon Web Services scooped up another security startup, Sqrrl, for an undisclosed price.

Sqrrl CEO Mark Terenzoni confirmed the acquisition on the five-year-old company’s website: “We’re thrilled to share that Sqrrl has been acquired by Amazon. We will be joining the Amazon Web Services family, and we’re looking forward to working together on customer offerings for the future.”

Axios reported in December that the public cloud giant was in talks to buy Sqrrl in a deal worth more than $40 million. The startup spun out of the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA).
