“I have been with Calsoft for over 10 years now. The technical landscape has evolved with advancements like Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI. At Calsoft, every stage in this technological evolution has represented career development within the organization. There’s never a dull moment at Calsoft, with sessions on soft-skill development and technical training that allow us to refresh or learn something new. Although many organizations have returned to a routine 9-5 workplace, at Calsoft, we recognize that flexibility helps employees maintain a work-life balance. Remote working is now part of the benefits we offer, considering family responsibilities and affiliations. The flexibility of our working hours has been beneficial for both the enterprise and employees, allowing them to manage their work-life balance effectively. While work-life balance requires responsibilities to work, team, and family, we find that employees generally step up and manage it well, even if a few may occasionally misuse this flexibility.
