Carbonite on Tuesday announced it’s entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Mozy from a subsidiary of Dell for $145.8 million in cash, alongside mixed financial results for the quarter and full year.

CloudBees, Inc., the hub of enterprise Jenkins and DevOps, today announced the acquisition of Codeship. Citrix acquired Cedexis, a company specializing in application delivery and traffic management. Citrix will use Cedexis’ technology to streamline application and data delivery to the cloud, to manage network resources, and to improve traffic routing. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Today GitLab, the leading integrated product for the entire DevOps lifecycle, announced it has acquired Gemnasium, a company that provides software to help developers mitigate security vulnerabilities in open source code. GitLab is acquiring both Gemnasium’s technology and its team of experts, who will come on board to implement robust security scanning functionality natively into GitLab’s CI/CD pipelines.

Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO) announced the completion of its acquisition of BroadSoft (NASDAQ: BSFT). BroadSoft accelerates Cisco’s cloud strategy and collaboration portfolio by adding the industry’s leading cloud calling and contact center solutions to Cisco’s leading calling, meetings, messaging, customer care, hardware endpoints and services portfolio.

Premier BPO, a global business process outsourcing company, has acquired dinCloud, a cloud platform developer that’s focused on the virtual desktop and cloud infrastructure market, the companies said Wednesday.

Rubrik, the enterprise startup that provides data backup and recovery services across cloud and on-premise environments, is putting some of the funding that it raised last year at a $1.3 billion valuation to use. Rubrik has acquired NoSQL data backup specialist Datos IO, the company announced today, in what appears to be Rubrik’s first acquisition.
