For the second time in a month, Huawei has acquired an Israel-based company, according to a news report.
Israeli publication Calcalist reports that Huawei spent $42 million to buy HexaTier, a database security startup. Reuters had previously reported that the deal was in the works.

Thecus Technology Corp. announced that Ennoconn Corporation, in IPC design and the system integration industry, has acquired a 60% stake in Thecus.
Ennoconn is a subsidiary of Foxconn Technology Group. Under Foxconn, Ennoconn collaborates with it’s own subsidiary companies titled the Foxconn IPC Technology Group.
