Highlights of VMworld 2016

VMware is forming the eventual fate of virtualization across the globe as it is about to host world’s biggest event VMworld – 2016”. VMworld has always excited its attendees/ sponsors/ exhibitors with its new agenda and insights on cutting edge technology. This year the event will be focused on Unified Hybrid Cloud, Cloud Management, Hyper-converged Infrastructure, Business Mobility and Network Virtualization.

Key Highlights @ VMworld 2016?

The four-day long event will accelerate your innovative ideas and help you form new perspective towards software-defined business. Varieties of interesting sessions & keynotes will provide huge learning opportunities for everyone. The sessions involve keynotes, expert speakers, numerous hands-on labs, technology booths, group discussions, panel discussions, knowledge experts and many more.

Attendees will have a chance to hear the keynotes talk about next big thing in IT industry and get their queries resolved during the interactive sessions by the technology and business gurus of the industry. It will also provide the opportunity to meet with the experts and gain new perspective towards the innovative ideas in the world of technology. The technology experts will be talking about topics like Software-Defined Data Center, Accelerate Network Virtualization, Cloud Automation, VSAN and AirWatch.

Sessions & Keynotes:

The keynote of VMworld will feature some of the veterans in IT industry, who will address some of the key challenges and future roadmap of Networking & Security, Cloud Infrastructure, Software-Defined Data Center, Cloud Native Applications, Hybrid Cloud Computing and many more. VMware CEO, Pat Gelsinger, will start the discussion by shedding some light on “Digital Business and Potential of Cloud”. While VMware VP, Sanjay Poonen, will share his insight on “How VMware is coming up with better and simpler deployment and development to improve the experience of the end user”.

Looking at the adoption of Cloud technology in the recent past, Calsoft believe discussion on “Competitive Advantage in the Multi-Cloud Era” will be one of the highlights at the event. Expert speaker will demonstrate enormous potential of cloud technology and its accessibility from anywhere across the world in some of the sessions at VMworld.

The event will feature some of the brilliant minds as a speaker, including:

Sarah Parcak is a Satellite Archaeologist, from University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is a TED 2016 winner and she will be talking about how satellite images can be used to find some remote areas on the map. Through her research she has brought hidden civilization into the light, it will help us to know more about our past.

Daniela Rus is a Director of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory at MIT. She has done comprehensive research about robotics. She will be talking about her unimaginable invention about the printable robots at the event.

Neri Oxman is a Director of Mediated Matter Research Group at MIT Media Lab. She is one of the brightest mind of the new era.  Her recent creation is fusion of digital world with biological world and she will educate us about material engineering can fuse with synthetic biology to create impossible design.

But VMworld is not just about learning, it’s about making learning experience fun, therefore VMworld also hosting customer appreciation party. This party is another opportunity to meet up with friends and simultaneously make some new one. The party starts on 31st August evening, there will be food followed by drinks, music and fun.
