Calsoft was engaged with the client to Implement a Remediation process for VCE devices. Remediation could be either downgrade or upgrade of the software/firmware version of various VCE system components as per the RCM version.
The engagement primarily involved:
Easing the upgrade or downgrade of Complex VCE infrastructure components
Installing an automated remediation workflow
Validates if remediation is required.
Identify the correct RCM version to remediate.
Retrieve the appropriate binaries and credentials
Remediate the device.
