Calsoft was engaged by the client to create a Splunk Technology Adapter.
The engagement primarily involved:
Installing technology add-on in Splunk
Enabling TA to receive events generated by the client and store it in Splunk Datastore
Enabling Splunk admin to fetch additional data for trigger events
Enabling additional data to be pulled into Splunk from different DataStores via REST
Ensuring TA meets certification criteria set by Splunk
