Calsoft was engaged by the customer to develop Backup and Recovery plugins and integrate them with the ConnectWise suite.
The engagement primarily involved:
Helping the System Admin manage the entire infrastructure of the premises/company from a single UI
Tracking live status of the backup and all other operations performing through the ConnectWise plugin UIs and dashboard reporting tool
