Problem Statement
A manufacturing client required an automated way of being able to complete Quality Control (QC) in its ceramic tile manufacturing process.
Calsoft’s Solution
Calsoft developed an AI-powered Visual Inspection solution using NVIDIA TAO to train the model, NVIDIA DeepStream for real-time video pipeline, and NVIDIA Jetson for processing at the edge. This enabled the client to automatically detect cracks and irregularities on tiles and reduced the need for manual QC.
Problem Statement
The client faced significant administrative overhead in managing toll booth payment collections.
Calsoft’s Solution
Calsoft implemented an NVIDIA-powered Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) pilot. The solution uses NVIDIA Metropolis to track and detect vehicles throughout the process and NVIDIA Triton manages AI models.
Problem Statement
A leading personal injury law firm had several manual workflows that took operational and administrative time.
Calsoft’s Solution
Calsoft developed a legal copilot that used Open AI GPT-3.5. This Gen AI-driven solution automatically categorized cases based on severity, outsourced them to the correct legal firm based on case history, and automated several other manual processes. This LLM-based system is currently in production.

A Fortune 500 e-commerce client needed a solution to reduce the supply chain team’s workload from frequent order status inquiries from stakeholders across the organization.
Calsoft’s Solution
Calsoft developed an intelligent supply chain copilot leveraging Open AI GPT-4. This AI-driven solution empowered cross-functional stakeholders to effortlessly access real-time supply chain data through an NLP interface. Stakeholders were able to access order-related data and were equipped with informative charts and graphs to inform decision-making.
